The Grand Ole Opry
Experience the Grand Ole Opry, the show that made country music famous.
The Legend Lives On
During the Opry's years at the historic Ryman Auditorium, performers such as Roy Acuff, Minnie Pearl, Ernest Tubb and Bill Monroe paved the way for entertainment icons including Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton and Bill Anderson.
When the Opry left for its new home in 1974, it placed an 8-foot circle of hardwood from the Ryman center stage in the new venue, symbolizing an unbroken tradition.
Today, the magic continues with stars such as Trace Adkins, Dierks Bentley, Vince Gill, Ricky Skaggs, Mel Tillis and Carrie Underwood as part of the Opry family.
A Night at the Opry
The show that made country music famous continues with star-packed performances featuring a wide array of chart-toppers, newcomers and living legends.
- Opry shows are every Friday and Saturday night, with extra performances on Tuesday from March through December.
