Transportation Services

Guests have access to Gaylord Opryland's airport shuttle, hotel shuttle and sedan service, with transportation to Gaylord Springs Golf Links and the Grand Ole Opry.

Airport Shuttle

Purchase Tickets

Gaylord Opryland offers daily roundtrip shuttle service from the Nashville International Airport to the hotel. Look for the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators. An agent can assist with your travel needs and ticket purchase, or use our kiosk by the welcome desk.

If an agent is not available, you can find the resort shuttle by following the signs to the Gaylord Opryland Resort pickup.

Daily Shuttle Schedule

7am - 6pm (departs every 30 minutes)

Departure from Resort

Departs from Cascades Lobby Canopy, Magnolia Canopy and the Inn at Opryland.

Cost

$35 per person, roundtrip fare

Guests 65 and older receive a discounted rate of $32 for roundtrip fares. Ages 18 and under are complimentary with accompanying adult.

Wildhorse Downtown Shuttle

Purchase Tickets

Tickets available at Concierge in the Cascades Lobby and the front desk at the Inn at Opryland. Please call 615-889-1000 for shuttle questions.

Cost

$20 per person, roundtrip
$40 per person, 3- day roundtrip pass (unlimited 3 consecutive day use)
Ages 18 and under are complimentary with accompanying adult.
Groups of 4 or more are 50% off

Grand Ole Opry Shuttle

The Grand Ole Opry Shuttle travels from the Gaylord Opryland Resort and The Inn at Opryland to the Grand Ole Opry House and back. A shuttle ticket is required for all guests November through February when the Grand Ole Opry is at the Ryman Auditorium.

Cost

When the Grand Ole Opry is performing at the Ryman Auditorium, roundtrip shuttle tickets are $20 per person.

Departure Schedule

Departs from the Cascades Lobby Canopy, Magnolia Canopy and The Inn at Opryland. Shuttle departure time will begin 90 minutes prior to show time and runs continually until the show begins.
Return service to the hotels begins immediately after the show ends.

*Refunds will not be honored after your arrival date.

General Jackson Showboat Shuttle

Travels from Gaylord Opryland and The Inn at Opryland to the General Jackson and back.

Cost

Complimentary for overnight hotel guests

Departure Schedule

Departs from the Cascades Lobby Canopy, Magnolia Canopy and The Inn at Opryland. Shuttle departure time will begin 60 minutes prior to cruise departure time and runs continually until the General Jackson departs. For example, if the cruise departure time is 7 p.m., shuttle transportation will begin at 6pm.

Complex Shuttle

Shuttle service between the Resort, The Inn at Opryland, General Jackson Showboat, Grand Ole Opry House (only on show nights) and Opry Mills.

Begins at 11 am and runs continuously from the Opry Mills Food Court until last pick up at 8:45 pm.
Complimentary for overnight resort guests (show room key)

Gaylord Springs™ Golf Shuttle

The golf shuttle travels to Gaylord Springs and back upon request. For details, call (615) 458-1730, ext.3.

Sedan & Limousine Service

The Sedan and Limousine Service provides transport to and from the airport and downtown Nashville. The airport service includes signage and a personal greeter at the airport baggage claim and assistance to the waiting car. To book, contact the Transportation Department at (615) 613-8617.
