Sunlit and bursting with bold colors, our two-bedroom Balboa Cottage features retro-playful aesthetics intersecting California effervescence with East Coast sensibility. Rona Graf, founder of Grace Blu Design, turned to mid-century Newport Beach when designing this residence, blending old-school glamour with marble and brass brightened by vibrant art and go-for-bold fabric. You'll feel right at home from the moment you step in! Starting on the first floor with a sunlit kitchen, this unique living space features a lounge-inspired breakfast nook and handy powder room. Continuing to the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms to ensure plenty of space for the family or friends, as the Master bedroom features a King bed, while the guest room is furnished with two Queens. Everyone will love the rooftop terrace with its impressive outdoor fireplace, comfortable furnishings and barbecue.
Bay Cottage instantly brings the outdoors in, for a vacation setting flooded with natural light. Classic contemporary décor, generated by Jennifer Mehditash of the global boutique interiors firm Mehditash Design, resonates to create a jet-set perspective with a splash of Nantucket. The first floor living area includes a full kitchen, half bath and King sleeper sofa, while the second story features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with King beds. The Master bedroom has a private bath, and the guest bedroom includes a twin chaise sleeper and a spacious bath. Then there's the rooftop terrace, complete with a private indoor sunroom, exterior lounge with ocean views, fireplace, settees, barbecue and private dining area.
Our Linda Cottage sets the stage for a see-and-be-seen vacation home that is delightfully family friendly. A full kitchen and living area on the ground floor welcomes guests with hues of blue and white décor with a high-fashion vintage accent. The design, created by the firm of SoCal native Erica Bryne, includes an inviting, built-in banquette that beckons to intimate gatherings and relaxed family time. A half-bath is included on the lower floor, while the second floor features two bedrooms and two baths. The Master bedroom includes a King bed, while the guest room is furnished with two Queen-size beds. Reflecting an East Hampton Flair, this impressive Newport Beach cottage features an oversized day bed that is both stylish and cozy for open air relaxation on the rooftop deck, along with a fireplace, TV and barbecue.
Those familiar with local style will find no surprises in this cottage, just the timeless celebration of alfresco living and the art of entertaining. Designed by Newport Beach native Brooke Wagner, this residence sports a fluid floor plan with several indoor-outdoor spaces perfect for hosting cocktail parties or relaxed family gatherings. An ideal choice for larger groups, the interior uses nautical navy blue with warm wood tones to generate an inviting atmosphere that sleeps up to seven. Features include a full kitchen, living area, sleeping nook and half bath on the ground floor, complemented by Master and guest bedrooms, both furnished with a King bed and bathroom on the second floor. The rooftop patio includes an outdoor fireplace and barbecue.
Our largest cottage, the Collins, offers an eclectic, well-traveled flair in coastal Bohemian style. Equipped with a full-size elevator, this unique residence defines seascape luxury. The wife and husband design team of Wendy and Greg Blackband left a trail of textures throughout the residence, including white-washed reclaimed brick, hand-painted marble and statement tiles. Second floor features include two bedrooms, each furnished with a King bed, and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom features a shower and tub, while the guest bedroom includes a roll-in shower. The elevator provides easy access to the rooftop deck, where relaxation comes easy on banquettes and a custom octagonal bench. A fireplace and barbecue are also featured.
