Goodness Straight From The Garden

Using an ingredient-driven approach, Bistro Ten Zero One offers a variety of Modern American dishes designed to suit a wide range of palates. We use only the finest local provisions, which means our menu regularly rotates to highlight what's fresh and in season. 

In fact, many of the ingredients we use come from a garden we cultivate right at the restaurant, taking the concept of farm-to-fork dining to the extreme. That means you can enjoy the best ingredients South Florida has to offer every day on our ever-changing menu. Pair your selections with one of our house-infused liquors or specialty cocktails.

Meet Chef Christian Quinones

Chef Christian Quiñones has worked with renowned world-class chefs such as Alain Alegretti; Mollie (chef of Oprah Winfrey) and Jean George Vongerichten. He has cooked dinners for special guests such as the Princess of Jordan and Sarah Ferguson, the Dutchess of York. Chef Quiñones also worked at the International Polo Club of Palm Beach and Mar-A-Lago, owned by entrepreneur Donald Trump.

Chef Quiñones won the Master Chef Latino competition in 2011 and gold medal winner of the Cattlemans Professional Chef BBQ contest. He returned to Puerto Rico where he is currently a member of the judging panel of television program Chef: El Desafio.

He holds a bronze medal from the Orlando Restaurant Show represented by the American Culinary Federation.

Chef Quiñones was a special guest on the television program Cocinando con Jose transmitted by the Family Network. He represented Puerto Rico and the Caribbean at the Jeunne Commis Competition of La Chaine des Rotisseurs. He was proclaimed the winner of the Chef-of-the-Year of the West given by the Office Workers Club in Mayaguez in 2010 and named Top 3 Young Chefs of Puerto Rico by El Nuevo Dia newspaper.

Chef Quiñones has an associated degree in Restaurant Management and Culinary Sciences from the Florida Culinary Institute de West Palm Beach. He obtained a diploma in culinary sciences from the San Juan Hotel School and continuing education in culinary arts and wine culture from the Centro de Estudios Superiores de San Ángel in the District of Mexico.
