Group Fitness

The Spa at Camelback offers a daily schedule of exercise classes, highlighting both traditional and trend-driven workouts including yoga, mat Pilates and our popular morning powerwalk. Below are some of our newest offerings, and you can view the full class schedule online.


Zumba

This high-energy class is for all levels and combines Latin music with dance moves and combinations.


Cardio Barre

Combining Ballet and Cardio exercises, we offer you a class that will have a direct positive effect on muscular endurance, and an indirect effect on strength and flexibility. Doing plié squats, ballet jumps, and spins uses your own body weight to strengthen your core and lower body and the precise movements improve motor skills and balance as it involves static and dynamic stretching, combined with cardio fitness which increases metabolism.

Personal Training

Our fitness specialists can design a program, modify your current workout and offer guidance on how to reach your goals. After your private session, you'll have a personalized program with recommendations on flexibility, cardio and strength training. Sessions are 60 minutes each.

One Session (60 min.) $75 | Saturday $85, Sunday $85


Pilates

Using the stability of the Pilates Reformer, this method promotes a strong core and postural awareness and is appropriate for all ages, bodies and fitness levels. Sessions are 60 minutes each.

One session (60 min.): $85 | Saturday $95, Sunday $95


Assisted Stretching

Ideal for pre-golf or post-workout, this session is designed to enhance the stretching experience and increase range of motion. Please arrive warmed up.

One session (30 min.): $50 | Saturday $60, Sunday $60


One-on-One

Enjoy the guidance of one of our fitness specialists as you go through a workout designed to meet your needs. You'll leave with a packet of exercises to take home.

60 minutes: $85


Core Conditioning

Using therapy balls and other basic equipment, these exercises are designed to improve the strength and flexibility of your core (abs and lower back).


Stretching

Learn how to combat muscle tightness from physical activity or sitting at a desk all day with proper stretching techniques.
