Pet Policy and Guidelines

In welcoming your pets to the Tucson Marriott University Park, we maintain the following policies to help ensure an enjoyable stay for all:

  • All guests must sign and agree to our Pet Agreement.
  • Combined weight of two pets is up to 80 lbs.
  • Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request.
  • A non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged to the guest's account upon check-in.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages to the room and its contents. The guest's room will be inspected for such damages upon checkout. If extensive cleaning or damage repair is necessary beyond the normal deep cleaning process, the guest may be charged a minimum of $150.
  • Pet must be on a controllable leash at all times when outside the guestroom.
    Guests must walk their pets in designated walk areas and are responsible for picking up after their pet in and around the area at all times. If pet is not cleaned up after, a $150 fee will be assessed. 
  • Noise/Disruptive Complaints - Barking and noise that is disruptive to other guests in the hotel is not acceptable. Upon receipt of two (2) noise or disruptive complaints, guests may be asked to leave.
  • Housekeeping Service - Pet(s) must be removed from the room prior to scheduled housekeeping service or other arrangements must be made with hotel management.
