A Place of History

In the late 1800s, Washington, DC got its first apartment building, Portland Flats. Today, we call this former luxury building home. While recent renovations have added modern features, you'll find nods to the past, including the sophisticated second-floor dining area, aptly named Portland Flats.

Other amenities include:

  • Revamped accommodations fusing smart design and comfort, with wood floors and stylish furniture
  • Beautiful patio with views of Thomas Circle
  • Free breakfast
