Event Spaces

Presenting the annual budget, honoring a long-time colleague, encouraging idea exchange and interviewing potential employees can all be hosted in our newly renovated event spaces.


Washington and Jefferson Room

Combined, these two rooms offer 882 square feet and accommodate up to 100 attendees. An air wall can be used to create two separate, smaller spaces.


Lincoln Board Room

This naturally lit, intimate space features a large conference table with 12 executive chairs.


Executive Suites

Each of these two private suites includes a boardroom table, media wall, living room with couch seating, bathroom and access to a private balcony overlooking Thomas Circle.

A Place of History

In the late 1800s, Washington, DC got its first apartment building, Portland Flats. Today, we call this former luxury building home. While recent renovations have added modern features, you'll find nods to the past, including the sophisticated second-floor dining area, aptly named Portland Flats.
