Types of Events

Featuring 13,500 square feet of function space, our hotel venue includes the Courtyard Hall ballroom ideal for large receptions of up 450 guests. With our on-site catering and an extensive offering of menu options, we can also seat up to 330 for an elegant plated dinner or gala. All of our spaces offer flexibility to create breakout space for your business conference or training seminars, while also providing impeccable space for weddings, holiday socials, reunions and family gatherings. And, best of all, your event can reap the benefits of a full service hotel, at a Courtyard price.

Meeting Break Space

We like to ‘make room for a little fun' at the Courtyard Toronto Downtown, but with our newly re-designed facilities we can also make room for business collaboration, social networking, training sessions and more. Our 19 event rooms offer the capability of providing you with impressive spaces for your presentations and equally impressive breakout spaces. A maximum of 16 rooms are available.

Catering Services

Our experienced on-site team of culinary professionals, led by Chef Dale Meek, has prepared refreshing menus for nearly any occasion. From weddings and galas to executive board meetings and conferences, we have menus that will inspire and awe. Additionally, our team includes a catering sales expert and three event managers, all ready to work with you in hosting your next great event.
 

Special Dietary Accommodation

Chef Dale Meek is amazing to work with and will happily meet with clients, upon their request, to design special menus that address any dietary, ethnic, cultural, religious or budgetary needs.
