2nd Floor

Grand Ballroom

Designed for vibrant Atlanta business events, this sophisticated venue features 19-foot ceilings, access to a freight elevator and wide corridors from the back of the room. Load in intensive staging presentations, heavy-duty equipment and automobiles, straight into the ballroom. The venue is well lit and is equipped with a multitude of rigging points for supplemental lighting elements. Here, up to 2,000 guests can spread out over 16,268 square feet of event space, or for more intimate events, the room can be divided into five separate venues via air walls. Before or after your meeting, take advantage of the spacious, built-in registration area or meet in the venue's neighboring, 14,000 square-foot Garden Court.

Habersham Ballroom/Meeting Room

Craft a dynamic event in this multi-purpose space with room for 600 across 5,896 square feet. The venue features a built-in registration area, solid walls and access to coffee breaks in the adjoining sunlit Garden Court- all with close access to the freight elevator.

Garden Court

This naturally lit space is designed to meet a variety of needs. Find 14,000 square feet of flexible space, perfect for lunches, coffee breaks, additional registration areas and more. It holds 60, 8-foot-by-10-foot exhibit spaces, making it an ideal venue for groups holding their general session in the adjacent Grand Ballroom.

2nd Floor Breakout Rooms

Your breakout spaces are a 'meeting planner's dream'— conveniently aligned in alphabetical order, ranging from 170 square feet to 1,920 square feet. All the event spaces are on the same floor, close to the Grand Ballroom, Habersham Ballroom and Garden Court.

Registration Booth

Set next to the Habersham and Grand Ballrooms, this is a separate, enclosed (and lockable) space. Each registration area features a flat-screen TV for each group's data. It can also be used as a separate convention office.

Atrium Level

Kennesaw Ballroom

Organize your next Atlanta event in this upscale venue, with the convenience of a side-loading separate entrance. Gather across 5,252 square feet, with room for up to 350, and find a space designed for your needs, with restrooms right off the ballroom and a foyer perfect for breaks, exhibits and registration.

Stanhope Room

Craft a unique event in this contemporary venue. The Stanhope Room opens with two large doorways and a separate service entrance. This 1,104-square-foot venue accommodates up to 100 guests and is set just off the lobby across from the 2450 restaurant, where guests can unwind, check email and converse around community tables.


Give your group an intimate VIP venue. Cherry wood paneling, a decorative marble fireplace and 464 square feet of space await in our boardroom. With seating for 12 in executive leather chairs under dramatic lighting, this is a place where decisions are made.

Highlands Ballroom

One of our most popular settings - the Highlands Ballroom - combines vibrant contemporary style with a convenient location off the lobby of our Atlanta hotel. The recently renovated foyer is ideal for event registration. Inside, the spacious room stars two built-in screens shining across 3,828 square feet and seating for up to 250.

Magnolia Room

Settle in for some real power brokering in 12 executive leather chairs around a permanent boardroom table in 378 square feet of space.

Cobb Room

The Cobb Room is the ideal breakout room for a small meeting or reception on the atrium level, at 525 square feet.

Unique Event Spaces

2450 Restaurant and Atrium

Host your own private event in our Marietta hotel's on-site restaurant, 2450 and Atrium as you treat your guests to a stylish bite or a chic reception. At 2450, we can accommodate up to 166 guests, and when gathering in our beautiful Atrium, you can host up to 566 guests.

Chef's Table

Sit down for a meal set up for 10 attendees around our oval conference table overlooking the chef's kitchen. With a flat-screen TV and attached wine cellar, this is a perfect space to add a unique flair to your event. Entertain clients before heading to a game at Truist Park or a night out at The Battery Atlanta.

Cobb Galleria

For larger events, take advantage of our direct access to Atlanta's Cobb Galleria Centre. Guest can enter through the dramatic two-story rotunda entrance and meet in a variety of venues, including a 144,000-square-foot exhibit hall, 25,000-square-foot ballroom, 3,600-square-foot special event space, 20 meeting rooms and 4 executive boardrooms.
