Academy Ballroom

The largest conference venue at our hotel, the recently renovated Academy Ballroom spans 15,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 2,240 people for a reception or seminar and up to 1,300 for a banquet. The soaring ceilings are high enough to allow for vehicle entry, and built-in rigging points make event setup a breeze. For smaller gatherings, the space can be divided into six breakout rooms. The venue's versatility makes it ideal for meetings in Los Angeles of any size.

Academy Ballroom Foyer

Before or after your convention, meeting or conference, encourage attendees to mix and mingle in the Academy Ballroom's spacious foyer. Modern architecture and floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and airy atmosphere, and the venue's open-concept layout allows for plenty of lively conversation and easy networking.

Breakout Rooms

Ideal for intimate meetings, luncheons, VIP receptions and team-building events, our breakout rooms feature sophisticated decor, stylish furnishings and state-of-the-art audiovisual technology. Tables and chairs can be configured in a number of different layouts depending on the size of your group and the purpose of your gathering here in the Los Angeles area.

East Tower Meeting Space

Junior Ballroom

Boasting nearly 5,000 square feet of space, our Junior Ballroom venue can accommodate 750 people for a reception, 600 conference attendees and up to 400 for a seated banquet. The room can be broken down into smaller spaces if needed, and a foyer space is available for registration or a reception. This ballroom is located in our Burbank hotel's main tower.

 

Executive Boardroom

Designed with VIP board meetings, intimate interviews and important client presentations in the Los Angeles area in mind, this conference room is small in size (540 square feet) but superior in style. Up to 14 event attendees can be seated at the boardroom table.

Individual Board Rooms (Parlor Rooms)

Perfect for small strategy meetings and brainstorm sessions, these venues offer advanced audiovisual technology and can be arranged in a variety of functional layouts. Five rooms of this type are available at our Burbank hotel.

 

Outdoor Terrace

Take advantage of the sunny Southern California weather on our beautiful terrace, a seamless setting for cocktail receptions and corporate parties. A breezeway and pool area are also available for groups looking for additional space to celebrate.

Outdoor Pavilions

Pavilion 1 & 2

Mix indoor and outdoor scenery in either of our two enclosed pavilion venues, which are perfectly suited for serious and celebratory occasions alike. Pavilion 1 offers up to 20,000 square feet of space, and Pavilion 2 offers up to 10,000 square feet of space.
