Types of Event

With an ideal location near the Baltimore Convention Center and over 18,000 square feet of versatile venue space, our hotel is a premier destination for meetings and events. Our team of experts will assist you in organizing everything from conferences and VIP board meetings to training seminars, corporate banquets, retreats or any other event on your agenda. Our innovative ideas and cutting-edge facilities are sure to bring your gathering to life.

Grand Ballroom

Expansive and elegant, our Grand Ballroom venue offers 6,264 square feet of unobstructed space for business presentations or social galas in Baltimore. Seat up to 721 attendees for theater-style presentations and 550 for a banquet; we can also divide the venue into two smaller rooms or as many as six salons to meet your meeting needs. A foyer just outside of the venue provides stylish pre-function space for your event.

University Ballroom

The University Ballroom is tailor-made for mid-sized meetings and events, with space for 216 attendees for a theater-style presentation or 200 for a cocktail reception. Easily divisible into four 560-square-foot rooms, this venue is located directly across the foyer from our Grand Ballroom, and offers additional space for breakout sessions and collaborative meetings.


Named after Baltimore's football team, this venue can be used for both large and small events, and is well equipped for meetings and brainstorming sessions. Seat up to 42 for theater-style presentations, or celebrate a special occasion for up to 50.

Stadium Ballroom

With style and versatility, the Stadium Ballroom headlines our second-floor event venues. This room can seat up to 459 attendees for a theater-style seminar, or can be divided into a variety of configurations for smaller functions. Featuring warm and inviting tones and a pre-function foyer, this ballroom is a natural for your banquet or reception in Baltimore.


The Promenade is one of our more expansive meeting venues, with 1,312 square feet of space and a pre-function foyer right outside its doors. Boasting natural lighting and capacity for 100 guests, this room provides an elegant setting for a corporate reception or banquet.

Harbor Ballroom

The possibilities for your Baltimore meeting are limitless in our flexible Harbor Ballroom, which can be used for presentations or private dining. We can also divide the venue into two rooms to create an intimate space for small seminars, team-building and receptions.

Chesapeake Room

Designed for small meetings and training sessions, our Chesapeake Room is 1,600 square feet in size; it can seat 125 attendees for a theater-style presentation or 60 in a schoolroom setting. This venue is also ideal for receptions of up to 150 guests.


Located on the second floor, Orioles is ideal for use as breakout venue for a collaborative session during your conference or as a standalone meeting room for up to 33 attendees.

B & O

Our 643-square-foot B&O Railroad meeting room adds to the versatility of our hotel's second-floor conference space. Use this stand-alone venue for smaller events, breakout sessions or meeting breaks.
