About Our Event Spaces

Boasting more than 21,000 square feet of meeting space, our Columbus hotel can perfectly match your event with the ideal venue. Throw a chic cocktail party or wedding reception overlooking downtown on our rooftop terrace or plan a lavish gala in our exquisite Hayes Grand Ballroom. Intimate board meetings, small seminars and social soirees are easily hosted in several of our flexible conference rooms.

Hayes Grand Ballroom

The Hayes Grand Ballroom encompasses 11,700 square feet of total space, making it the largest venue in our Columbus, Ohio hotel. This stunning event room can be divided into five smaller meeting rooms or opened to seat 1,500 for a theater-style event or 850 wedding banquet guests. This space also features a wrap-around pre-function area, ideal for cocktail parties or pre-event check-ins.

Meeting Room 20

Inspire productivity or celebration in the mid-sized Meeting Room 20. This well-appointed venue boasts 1,260 square feet of space and can easily accommodate up to 150 attendees. Plan everything from a strategy breakout session or corporate seminar to a lively reception in this highly flexible space.

Meeting Room 21 and 22

Spark creativity when you plan your next Ohio conference in Meeting Room 21 and 22. Soothing decor, modern furnishings and cutting-edge audiovisual technology, including large monitors for presentations, are hallmarks of these versatile medium-sized venues. Each space can accommodate up to 100 people for receptions and theater-style seminars or up to 70 gala or wedding banquet guests.

Meeting Room 30

Reserve Meeting Room 30 for your next Columbus business conference or celebratory reception. The largest event space outside of our Grand Ballroom, this elegant venue can seat up to 150 attendees in a theater-style set-up or welcome 185 for a festive reception.

Meeting Room 31-35

Inspiring venues lead to breakthroughs. Meeting Room 31-35 are ideal spaces for productive breakout sessions. Each room is 744 square feet and features large monitors for presentations and Wi-Fi. These flexible venues can be configured to serve up to 100 for a reception or seat 75 in a theater-style set-up. Schoolroom, banquet and u-shaped configurations are also possible.

Renaissance Conference Room

Our most intimate venue, the Renaissance Conference Room is ideal for executive board meetings or breakout sessions for up to 12 participants. This space is well-supported by a large monitor for presentations and Wi-Fi access.

Executive Meeting Room

Host an elevated Columbus conference or event in our Executive Meeting Room. This sophisticated space can seat up to 100 meeting participants or reception attendees, as well as 70 banquet guests. As with all of our event spaces, this venue benefits from modern audiovisual technology, delicious catering options and dedicated planning services in connection with Meetings Imagined.
