Small Event Spaces

Our small meeting spaces offer unique options ideal for one-on-one training sessions, private dining, team building, pre- and post-wedding party events, brainstorming and social networking. Think outside your office setting by using our well-equipped boardroom to add inspiration to your next board meeting. With our expansive offering of meeting rooms, professional catering and event services, you will quickly find the perfect space to fit the needs of your occasion.

Medium Event Spaces

Many of our meeting rooms offer multi-functional options and can be divided into separate spaces ideal for both business and social events. We can configure most spaces for conference and schoolroom settings, theatre-style presentations, banquets and receptions.

Large Event Spaces

Plan your large event using one of our sophisticated meeting rooms or book The Marquee, our standalone event centre.

Arden Suite - This flexible space features natural daylight and seats up to 300 for theatre-style presentations; 190 in a cabaret-style setting, or can be used to host 250 guests for a reception or banquet. This space may be divided into three sections.

Woodland Suite - Host your next business conference or party in our stylish Woodland Suite. Use the entire space to seat up to 180 for theatre-style events or 200 for a reception. This suite may also be divided into three units to best meet your needs.

The Marquee - Boasting its own kitchen, bar and bathroom facilities, this elegant space can be divided into two sections and is an ideal choice for exhibitions, product launches, banquets and wedding day celebrations. Available April to October, The Marquee can host up to 300 guests for a reception or 350 for a banquet.

Meeting Break Space

Mix and match our 18 meeting rooms to create the perfect breakout space. From brainstorming sessions to luncheons, our venue's unique and flexible spaces are well-equipped with audiovisual equipment and most feature natural daylight.

Hotel Amenities

Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel & Country Club features a variety of amenities to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable visit during your stay. Featured facilities include:

  • Two 18-hole golf courses - the PGA Championship Arden Course and our Aylesford Course.
  • Full service Fitness Center with swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym.
  • Cedarwood Spa with six treatment rooms - open five days a week - closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
