Small Event Spaces

Ideal for board meetings, training sessions, interviews and private dining, all of our smaller meeting rooms feature natural daylight and provide flexibility for a variety of events.

Harlech - Seats 12 to 15, boardroom to theatre seating
Beaumaris - Seats 10 in a variety of settings
Cardiff and Caernarfon - Each room seats 12 in boardroom setting
Boardroom - 15 to 30, boardroom to private dining

 

Medium Event Spaces

Your mid-size event will find a variety of options with our versatile function space. These rooms are designed for theatre-style presentations with front or back projection available. Other arrangements include classroom settings, buffet receptions and private dining.

Conway - Seats 20 to 50, boardroom to theatre and private dining
Abergavenny - Seats 15 to 35, classroom to theatre-style
St. David's - Seats 20 to 48, boardroom to dinner; also features a private terrace
Penhow - Seats 24 to 50, boardroom to theatre

Large Event Spaces

Our venue's signature St. Pierre and Chepstow Suites are ideal destinations for social events or business conferences of up to 300 persons. Both of these first floor function spaces feature natural daylight and can be set and reset to meet the needs of your occasion.

Our largest space, the St. Pierre Suite, has its own foyer, patio and bar to provide multi-functional options for your next event in Wales. Smaller in size, but still capable of hosting a reception or theatre presentation for up to 100, the Chepstow Suite features panoramic views of the Old Course and a private rooftop terrace.
