Trinity Ballroom

Large gatherings are no problem for this sophisticated ballroom. As our largest event space, our Trinity Ballroom measures 13,858 square feet with the flexibility to be divided into four separate sections. Tall, 18-foot ceilings, art deco chandeliers and built-in screens quickly set the stage for inspiring events. Capacities include:

  • Reception - 1,190
  • Theatre - 1,600
  • Banquet - 800
  • Schoolroom - 600

Event Technology

At the Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center we have our own in-house Event Technology (Audiovisual) Department staffed by hotel employees. The staff is fully trained and certified to provide superior service with a large modern inventory of quality equipment also owned by the hotel. These services provide expertise and convenience for our clients with in-house planning and execution, free of the extra costs normally associated with outside audiovisual production companies which could include expenses for travel, housing, shipping and/or storage. We look forward to making your experience seamless.

Colorado Amphitheater

Gather your associates and let the collaboration begin. Our amphitheater features built-in desks that can be wired for connectivity and has a drop-down screen. For comfort that is sure to impress, this event space seats 84 in ergonomic leather chairs. For maximum capacity, standard banquet chairs can be used to seat 110.

Directions and Parking

The Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center is located just 17 miles from both Dallas Love Field (HUB: Southwest Airlines) and DFW International Airport (HUB: American Airlines). Between both airports, Dallas is proud to offer 2,200 flights daily as it only takes approximately three hours to get here from the East or West coast.

Our city is extremely friendly to those needing transportation from the airport with options of Uber, Lyft, Taxi, and Super Shuttle. For those driving, we offer convenient on-site Valet Parking for overnight guests or self-park in the parking garage adjacent to the hotel.

The San Jacinto is our most popular breakout room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides and views of Bishop Park and pond. This medium-sized space measures 1,800 square feet and has blackout drapes to use during presentations. Capacities include:
