Meet our Executive Chef Shehu Fitzgerald

Shehu Fitzgerald is a nationally renowned chef who is known for creating enticing variations of classic American, Asian, Latin, French, Italian and Caribbean cuisine.

Chef Shehu has spent over 20 years working at many celebrated restaurants including The Ritz Carlton, Marriott Marquis and JW Marriott Essex House. His talents were showcased on the Food Network's "Chopped" program, where he won the show's national competition and most recently appeared on ABC TV Network's "The Taste".

In addition to his culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island, Chef Shehu has received additional culinary certifications from The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, California and Birmingham College of Food, Tourism and Creative Studies, United Kingdom.
