The Montgomery Ballroom

Featuring 4,050 square feet of vibrant space, The Montgomery Ballroom is an inspired venue for a special event, banquet, wedding or gala in The Woodlands. This spacious room can accommodate up to 320 guests for a dinner or 520 guests for a reception.

Meeting Break Space

Take a break from work in style at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center. We offer expansive, well-appointed pre-function spaces, ideal for hosting everything from a cocktail reception to a lunch break. Event attendees appreciate our on-site Starbucks® and our Acqua Lounge, a casual bar that is ideal for post-meeting drinks.

The Town Center Exhibit Hall

Our largest event venue, The Town Center Exhibit Hall, encompasses a staggering 37,180 square feet of soaring space. Ideal for corporate summits, gala fundraisers, lavish weddings or other large-scale events, this venue accommodates up to 4,900 guests for a theatre-style gathering and up to 4,500 guests for a reception.

Alden Bridge

Flexible and well-appointed, Alden Bridge encompasses 624 square feet of venue space and accommodates up to 28 guests for a conference or meeting.

Sterling Ridge

If you're planning a smaller event in The Woodlands, Sterling Ridge is the ideal venue. It offers capacity for 24 guests for a conference room set-up or 50 guests for a theatre-style event.

Creekside Park

A distinguished destination for VIP conferences and meetings in The Woodlands, Creekside Park features 494 square feet of modern venue space.

The Woodlands

One of our larger event venues, The Woodlands offers spacious, elegantly appointed space for a dynamic conference or workshop. Take advantage of 760 square feet of venue space to host a banquet-style gathering for up to 50 guests.

Panther Creek

A modestly sized meeting room, Panther Creek hosts up to 24 guests for a conference or 50 guests for a theatre-style event.

Indian Springs

Mirroring Panther Creek, Indian Springs is a more intimate boardroom that encompasses 504 square feet of meeting space. Host up to 24 guests for your next conference or classroom-style event.

Grogans Mill

Gather VIPs in Grogans Mill, another smaller meeting venue that showcases 504 square feet of sophisticated space. Grogans Mill accommodates up to 50 guests for a breakfast, lunch or dinner reception.

College Park

College Park is perfect for a small gathering, encompassing 486 square feet of meeting space. It can host up to 24 event guests.

Cochran's Crossing

Mimicking the square footage of College Park, Cochran's Crossing is a great space for a smaller meeting or gathering. Accommodate up to 24 guests with a U-style setup or enjoy seating of 50 guests for a theatre-style event.

Conroe - Conference Room

Intended for conferences only, Conroe is equipped with modern meeting facilities. This venue accommodates up to 10 guests for a smaller business gathering.

Oak Ridge - Conference Room

Showcasing 494 square feet of functional and stylish meeting space, Oak Ridge is a smart choice for a small business event in The Woodlands.

Shenandoah

Select Shenandoah for a mid-sized event. This adaptable venue accommodates up to 50 guests for a theatre- or reception-style gathering, or 24 guests for a conference.

Spring

Spring features 513 square feet of elegant venue space, rendering it a smart choice for a meeting for 15 guests or less.

Waterway Lofts

Compact and contemporary, Waterway Lofts encompasses 375 square feet of space. This dynamic meeting room can accommodate conferences, receptions, theatre-style events and classroom set-ups.

The Waterway Ballroom

Our second-largest event venue, The Waterway Ballroom encompasses 18,000 square feet of elevated space, ensuring you'll have plenty of room for gatherings of all sizes and styles. Gather 1,200 guests for a reception or opt for a banquet-style event for up to 700 guests.
