The Montgomery Ballroom

Featuring 4,050 square feet of vibrant venue space, The Montgomery Ballroom is an inspired choice for a special event, wedding or gala in The Woodlands. Accommodate up to 320 guests for a dinner or 520 guests for a reception.

Meeting Break Space

Break from business in style at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center. We offer expansive, well-appointed pre-function spaces ideal for hosting everything from a cocktail reception to a lunch break. Event attendees can also enjoy downtime with a latte at our on-site Starbucks® or stop by Acqua Lounge, our casual bar and lounge, for post-meeting drinks.

The Town Center Exhibit Hall

Our largest event venue, The Town Center Exhibit Hall, encompasses a staggering 37,180 square feet of soaring space. Ideal for corporate summits, gala fundraisers, lavish weddings or other large-scale events in The Woodlands, this venue can accommodate up to 4,900 guests for a theatre-style gathering and up to 4,500 guests for a reception.

Alden Bridge

Flexible and well-appointed, Alden Bridge encompasses 624 square feet of venue space and can accommodate up to 28 guests for a conference-style event.

Sterling Ridge

Sterling Ridge is the ideal venue for a small- or mid-sized event, offering capacity for 24 guests for a conference room set-up or 50 guests for a theatre-style event.

Creekside Park

A distinguished destination for VIP meetings and conferences in The Woodlands, Creekside Park features 494 square feet of modern venue space.

The Woodlands

One of our larger meeting rooms, The Woodlands offers spacious, elegantly appointed space for a dynamic conference or workshop. Take advantage of 760 square feet of venue space to host a banquet-style gathering for up to 50 guests.

Panther Creek

Modestly sized, Panther Creek can host up to 24 guests for a conference or 50 guests for a theatre-style event.

Indian Springs

Mirroring Panther Creek, Indian Springs is a more intimate boardroom that encompasses 504 square feet of venue space. It can host up to 24 guests for a conference or a schoolroom-style event.

Grogans Mill

Gather VIPs in Grogans Mill, another smaller meeting room that showcases 504 square feet of sophisticated venue space. Grogans Mill can accommodate up to 50 guests for a breakfast, lunch or dinner reception.

College Park

One of our most intimate event venues, College Park is perfect for a small gathering. Encompassing 486 square feet of venue space, it can host up to 24 guests for a conference.

Cochran's Crossing

Mimicking the square footage of College Park, Cochran's Crossing is a great choice for a more intimate gathering. Accommodate up to 24 guests with a U-style setup or enjoy seating for 50 for a theatre-style event.

Conroe - Conference Room

Intended for conferences only, Conroe comes equipped with modern meeting facilities. This venue can accommodate up to 10 guests for a smaller business gathering.

Oak Ridge - Conference Room

Showcasing 494 square feet of functional and stylish conference space, Oak Ridge is a smart choice for an intimate business event.


Select Shenandoah for a mid-sized event. This adaptable venue can accommodate up to 50 guests for a theatre- or reception-style event, or 24 guests for a conference.


Spring features 513 square feet of elegant venue space, rendering it a smart choice for a conference for 15 guests or less.

Waterway Lofts

Compact and contemporary, Waterway Lofts encompasses 375 square feet of venue space. This dynamic venue can accommodate conferences, receptions, banquets, theatre-style events and schoolroom set-ups.

The Waterway Ballroom

Our second-largest event room, The Waterway Ballroom encompasses 18,000 square feet of elevated venue space, ensuring you'll have plenty of room for gatherings of all sizes and styles. Gather 1,200 guests for a reception, or opt for a banquet-style event for up to 700 guests.
