The contemporary Grand Pacific Ballroom sets a stunning backdrop for your Newport Beach event. This venue features modern fixtures, soft lighting and chic decor. Design the room for a conference set-up accommodating 950 attendees, a banquet for 620 or a reception seating 1,000.

Newport Coast Ballroom

Seminars, presentations and receptions are all easily supported by the hotel's modern ballroom. Enhanced by the availability of cutting-edge audiovisual technology, this conference room can accommodate up to 580 attendees in a theater-style set-up. This room also presents itself as a chic entertaining events venue with reception space for up to 700.

Breakout Rooms

Our event venues include 21 breakout rooms, perfect for splitting your larger conference into smaller collaborative groups, for multiple sessions, if need be. Each breakout room is supported by meeting services and benefits from natural light and contemporary decor.

Outdoor Venues

Three unique outdoor venues give your Newport Beach event the wow factor attendees expect. Plan a banquet for 540 on our Sea View Terrace, an elegant reception for 500 in the Rose Garden or a lively celebration for 100 on our Pool Patio.
