Award-Winning Chef

Chef Brad Romoff joined the Renaissance Long Beach family in 2018. He has over 30 years of professional cooking experience. Although a California native, he made a mark in Hawaii where he opened concepts with The Ritz Carlton, Roy's Restaurants, and The Four Seasons Hotel Hualali. 

Chef Romoff embraces a ‘farm-to-table' cooking philosophy, bringing the fresh taste of local Southern California farms and fish purveyors right to your plate!  His passion for high quality ingredients and infused cooking techniques enhance the flavor and aesthetics of his culinary creations.

Chef Romoff created new, fresh menus for catering, Promenade Cafe and SIP Bar and Lounge at the Renaissance in Long Beach.
