Each of our Melbourne hotel's six event spaces features a combination of style, modern technology and accessibility, facilitating business events. Most venues are situated on the ground floor and can accommodate a wide variety of conferences. Make use of flip charts, whiteboards, pads, pens, water and mints during your event as well.

Exhibition Room

The Exhibition Room showcases natural light and unique views of Exhibition Street and Melbourne CBD. With a capacity of up to 220 in a theatre-style set-up, this event space allows you to host that larger conference or presentation in a professional and comfortable setting. Featuring state-of-the-art technology and private bathrooms, our Exhibition Room venue has everything you need for your next event.

The Yarra Suite

With sparkling chandeliers and elegant wall dressings, the Yarra Suite is sure to impress. Providing space for up to 90 guests, this event venue offers modern audiovisual facilities and a comfortable yet professional space for your event, as well as the possibility to be split into two separate function rooms.

Moojerr Boardroom

Offering a private space for up to 12 people for an intimate event, this venue can also be used as a private dining option for smaller groups here in Melbourne. Featuring state-of-the-art technology and a fixed plasma-screen TV for your presentations, the Moojerr Boardroom provides the setting for productive occasions.

Kalk Boardroom

With space for up to 12 people, this event venue can also be utilised as a private dining room for smaller groups. The Kalk Boardroom features state-of-the-art technology and fixed plasma-screen TVs for your presentations.

Boardroom 103

Located on our first floor, Boardroom 103 boasts natural light, which floods through wide windows and offers views of Melbourne CBD. Able to hold up to 16 people for a boardroom-style meeting, this event space features state-of-the-art technology, a private bathroom and a dressing area.
