Grand Ballroom

Located on the lower lobby floor, our Grand Ballroom is fully-equipped with the flexibility to host a variety of business meetings, incentives, conferences and conventions. As a single unit, it can seat up to 350 guests for a banquet, or it can be set into three meeting spaces.

Special features include:

  • State-of-the-art audiovisual system consisting of a large-format Media Wall, 55 feet wide by 4.8 feet in length, connected with 98 Samsung Large Format Displays (LFDs) and BOSE built-in sound system
  • A spacious foyer for pre-function gatherings
  • Direct connection to Dongdaemun Subway Station
  • We also provide differentiated wedding, convention, and banquet services that can be enjoyed only at JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul through customized services and integrated solution consulted by banquet specialists.

Conference Room & Meeting Rooms

Four additional small- to medium-sized meeting rooms are located on the third floor of our hotel and are ideal to accommodate business meetings, seminars, conferences and family events for banquet purposes. Our Conference Room, which seats up to 60 in a theater-style setting, also includes a private business lounge.

All banquet rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art systems and facilities, including LCD projectors and screens, to help ensure the success of your Seoul event.
