Yerba Buena Ballroom & Golden Gate Ballroom

  • We offer two spacious ballrooms for your events, as well as multiple venues for breakout sessions and pre-function spaces.
  • The modern Yerba Buena Ballroom is our largest event venue, featuring 24-foot ceilings and space to accommodate up to 5,500 attendees.
  • Golden Gate Ballroom has a 14-foot ceiling height with a maximum capacity of 2,375 guests.

Foothill Conference Rooms

  • Take advantage of our selection of meeting rooms, conveniently located on the second level of our downtown hotel.
  • These spaces are ideal for VIP board meetings, off-site staff retreats or company luncheons, artfully catered by our culinary team.
  • Our conference rooms vary in size, and some offer views of Fourth and Mission streets.

Pacific & Sierra Conference Rooms

  • Additional meeting spaces are located our fourth and fifth floors.
  • These venues feature naturally sun-lit spaces, and are designed with modern simplicity and offer leading-edge technology.
  • Each conference room varies in size and can host a range of group sizes up to a 128 people.


Select the Yerba Buena Ballroom for small to mid-size trade shows. We can accommodate a total of 240 8-by-10 foot exhibit booths, with additional space for another 126 booths in neighboring spaces. For larger trade shows, the Moscone Convention Center is just steps away from our downtown San Francisco hotel.
