Grand Ballroom

Our largest indoor meeting space, the Grand Ballroom, is 4,048-square-feet, with seating for up to 480 guests. With 16-foot ceilings, unique light fixtures, and modern décor, this stunning space can be divided into four equally-sized rooms to accommodate smaller gatherings. Including a spacious foyer and double doors that open to our lush Courtyard Garden, this ballroom allows guest to move between stunning indoor and outdoor spaces. Additionally, with outdoor access via oversized garage-style doors, this ballroom can easily accommodate a variety of largescale items and displays. 


Napa Valley Ballroom

Opening directly onto our stunning Courtyard Garden, the Napa Valley Ballroom is a unique gathering space that allows your guests to enjoy our elegant indoor gathering space as well as our lush outdoor events patio. Similar in size to the Grand Ballroom, this expansive ballroom can be divided in half or in fourths to accommodate smaller celebrations and breakout sessions. 


Courtyard Garden

Surrounded by a lush olive tree garden and adjacent to our resort-style pool, our picturesque Courtyard Garden can be accessed directly from both the Napa Valley and Grand Ballrooms. At 2,100-square-feet, this gorgeous outdoor patio can accommodate between 250 and 350 depending on the type of your gathering or event. 



Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa features a sophisticated Boardroom with seating for up to 12. Whether you're planning a departmental breakout, board meeting, or need office space during a conference, our Boardroom provides an intimate space for more private gatherings.  


Redwood Grove

Our signature Redwood Grove embodies quintessential Napa Valley style. Adjacent to our resort-style pool and surrounded by 70-foot Redwood Trees strung with glittering lights, our 7,000-square-foot outdoor lawn can accommodate up to 200 for a stunning and unforgettable awards reception, gala, or corporate gathering. 


Vineyard Terrace

Covered by a spectacular woven grape trellis, our Vineyard Terrace is the perfect escape from the mid-day sun, as well as a place to get cozy during cool wine country evenings. Surrounded by floral landscaping and gorgeous fountains, this outdoor terrace space includes deluxe Napa-style dinner seating for up to 240 guests. 


Vintners Ballroom

Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, our spacious 2,277-square-foot Vintners Ballroom can comfortably seat up to 235 guests with a traditional theater setup. Featuring a dedicated sunlit foyer area, the Vintners Ballroom is ideal for holiday parties, incentive meetings, and galas, as well as pre- and post-function gatherings.
