Fairfax Ballroom

Hold a large business conference or black-tie gala in our magnificent Fairfax Ballroom. Boasting 10,032 square feet of event space, the spacious ballroom can accommodate 1,200 attendees in a theater-style setup or 840 for a banquet, making the elegant space ideal for a keynote kickoff or welcome reception.

Junior Ballroom (Vienna, Arlington,
Falls Church, Great Falls)

Ideal for celebrating a special occasion or holding a mid-sized conference in Northern Virginia, the Junior Ballroom can seat up to 160 guests for a banquet or as many as 200 in a theater-style setup.

Located on our lower level, these event venues are a perfect accompaniment to events held in the Junior Ballroom. Ranging in size from 440 to 484 square feet, these well-appointed venues are ideal for welcome receptions and staging areas.

Breakout Salons

Ranging in size from 704 to 2,904 square feet, our 16 breakout salons are perfect for smaller events, receptions and corporate meetings. Highly flexible to suit your needs, the event venues can accommodate between 20 and 320 guests with theater-style, classroom, conference, U-shape or reception-style seating.

Tickets

Utilize this pre-function area as a reception hall or exhibit venue. Tickets, the name of the hotel's former nightclub in the same location, is conveniently located just off of the main lobby. With the ability to accommodate up to 250 people at a time, this venue is the perfect space for greeting guests.

Private Dining Room

Plan an intimate dining experience at our on-site restaurant, Ellipse, which can seat between 16 and 25 guests, depending on the setup.

Presidential Boardroom

Hold your next board meeting in this lushly appointed meeting venue, which can seat up to 22 colleagues in a conference-style setup.

Foyer & Outdoor Space

Greet guests in our ballroom foyer or hold a reception in the adjacent outdoor space. Perfect for enjoying Northern Virginia's pleasant weather, these spaces are the ideal combination for holding an indoor/outdoor reception or celebration.
