Our upscale event spaces are all located on the second floor of our newly redesigned hotel and many of our venues offer abundant natural light and views of downtown Calgary. Ask about our new Meetings Imagined program for inspiration and tools for planning great events.

Calgary TELUS Convention Centre

Our luxury hotel is directly connected to the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre for the ultimate in convenience. CTCC features an additional 122,200 square feet of flexible meeting and conference venues, available to reserve through our hotel. Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel also serves as the exclusive caterers for the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre.

Acadia offers 2,760 square feet of flexible event space with room for up to 230 guests in a theatre-style setup or 200 with banquet-style seating. Divide Acadia into two rooms for smaller events and take advantage of this venue's natural light.


Divide the Kensington Ballroom into four smaller venues for intimate seminars and conferences. This pillarless room offers nearly 2,900 square feet of space and accommodates up to 330 guests theatre-style. Seat up to 230 guests for a reception or 190 for a banquet.


Another of our premium conference venues in Calgary, Hillhurst is ideal for smaller meetings or events. Hillhurst is 716 square feet in size and comfortably accommodates up to 42 guests.



Mount Royal

Also ideal for intimate meetings, breakout sessions, small conferences and VIP events, Mount Royal offers 677 square feet of space with room for up to 42 guests.

Executive Boardrooms

Choose from two elegant executive boardrooms conveniently located on the main floor of our downtown Calgary hotel. Both the Inglewood and the Mackenzie Boardrooms comprise 380 square feet of space and accommodate up to 14 attendees each, ideal for smaller executive meetings.


One of our newest event venues, Sunalta offers neutral décor, natural light and great views of downtown Calgary's Stephen Avenue. Sunalta features 2,700 square feet of event space, divisible into three smaller rooms, making it ideal for corporate dinners or celebrations. This room accommodates 265 guests in a theatre setup, 200 for a reception and 185 banquet-style. Sunalta also offers direct access to our exclusive, one-of-a-kind patio.


With direct access to our second-floor event spaces, our seasonal rooftop patio is the ideal location for receptions, networking events or social events. Our patio venue overlooks downtown Calgary and faces trendy Stephen Avenue.
