Flexible Meeting & Event Spaces

Our upscale event spaces are all located on the second floor of our newly-redesigned hotel, many of which offer abundant natural lighting and views of downtown Calgary. Ask about our new Meetings Imagined program for inspiration and tools for planning great events.

Calgary TELUS Convention Centre

Our luxury hotel is directly connected to the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre for the ultimate convenience in business-oriented experience. CTCC features an additional 122,200 square feet of flexible meeting and event space which can be reserved through our hotel. Calgary Marriott Downtown is the exclusive caterers of the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre.

Acadia offers 2,760 square feet of flexible event space with room for up to 230 guests for a theatre-style setup or 200 for a banquet-style setup. Acadia can be divided into two rooms, and offers natural lighting.


Kensington can be divided into up to four smaller rooms, and offers total square footage of 2,880 square feet. This pillar-free event space can accommodate up to 330 guests theatre-style, 230 for a reception or 190 with banquet-style.


Another one of our premium, newly-added spaces, Hillhurst is ideal for smaller meetings or events. Hillhurst is 716 square feet and can comfortably accommodate up to 42 guests.



Mount Royal

Also ideal for intimate meetings, break-out sessions or VIP events, Mount Royal offers 677 square feet of space with room for up to 42 guests.

Executive Boardrooms

Choose from two elegant executive boardrooms conveniently located on the main floor of our downtown Calgary hotel.  Both the Inglewood and the Mackenzie are 381 square feet each, can accommodate up to 14 attendees and ideal for smaller executive meetings.



One of our newest event spaces, Sunalta offers a neutral décor palate, natural lighting and great views of downtown Calgary facing Stephen Avenue. Sunalta features 2,700 square feet of event space which can be divided into three smaller rooms, making it ideal for corporate dinners or celebrations. The room can accommodate 265 theatre-style, 200 for a reception and 185 banquet-style. Sunalta offers direct access to our exclusive, one-of-a-kind patio.


With direct access from the second floor event space, our seasonal rooftop patio is the ideal location for receptions, networking events or evening social events. The patio overlooks downtown Calgary and faces trendy Stephen Avenue.
