You may also choose to book both meeting rooms in conjunction with our stunning pre-function space, ideal for receptions or networking events.

Grand Ballroom:

  • 7,952 square feet of fully flexible space
  • Accommodates up to 850 participants
  • Hosts 850 for reception or 660 seated

Trinity Ballroom:

  • 4,216 square feet of fully flexible space
  • Accommodates up to 600 participants
  • Hosts 600 for reception or 360 seated

Flexible Meeting & Event Spaces


Our sleek, modern York conference room offers 1,400 square feet of spacious and flexible space here in downtown Toronto. Invite up to 180 guests for a reception or 90 for a seated banquet. Divide this meeting room into two smaller 700-square-foot rooms to suit your needs.


Our stylish Bay Room features 702 square feet of space to accommodate up to 90 guests for a reception or 50 for a seated banquet.

A new addition to our conference space, Bloor Room offers 657 square feet of elegant space to accommodate up to 30 guests.


Simcoe Room offers 567 square feet to accommodate up to 70 guests for a reception or 40 for a seated banquet.

Executive Boardrooms

Hold your next board retreat at our stylish hotel in downtown Toronto, steps from major attractions. Host your meetings in our two modern executive boardroom venues, Dundas and Richmond. Both meeting rooms are conveniently located on the second floor

Located on the hotel's second floor, King Room features 792 square feet of space that can accommodate up to 100 guests for a reception, 60 theatre-style or 50 banquet-style.


Also on the second floor, Carlton Room accommodates up to 90 guests for a reception or 50 for theatre or banquet-style in 648 square feet of space.
