Boasting a culinary degree from Perito Moreno Institute in Buenos Aires, Executive Chef Romeo Penacino began his career with the Hotel Melia brand before joining the Marriott chain in Buenos Aires in 2003. While serving as a lecturer in 2006 at the Kitchen Institute in Buenos Aires, Chef Romeo concurrently worked as a chef at Marriott Plaza, and was promoted to Junior Sous Chef the following year. He later worked at Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort and held several positions before his promotion to Restaurant Chef. Successfully implementing several projects and working with various teams throughout his long career, Chef Romeo brings a wealth of international expertise to La Vista, our Italian restaurant in Aruba.
