Chef Anthony Gitangu
Chef Anthony moved from Kenya in 1996, where he found his love for cooking at the tender age of five, watching his mother cook for the family.
A Culinary graduate of L'Academie De Cuisine in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Chef Anthony had trained and worked with some of the best Chefs in the DC area before joining Marriott International in 2008. Chef Anthony has successfully worked his way up as a culinary leader in various kitchens, most recently as the Senior Sous Chef at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.
Chef Anthony joined the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards as Executive Chef April 2018 and has been wowing guests ever since.
