Joined Marriott International in 2016. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University with degrees in both Culinary Nutrition and Pastry Arts, he spent the next 10 years in North Carolina working as a chef and baker. His cooking style is heavily influenced by southern comfort food and vegetarian cuisine.
