Marriott Marquis Chicago is excited to announce its new restaurant concept, Woven & Bound. Situated in our expansive, two-story Great Room, this American Brasserie is inspired by the diverse culture of Chicago.
Woven & Bound pays homage and respect to Chicago, drawing its inspiration from the Midwest and the South Loop neighborhood specifically. A playful nod to the adjacent American Book Company Building, our restaurant was named Woven & Bound because local elements are woven into refreshingly unique dishes, like a book. Our breakfast, lunch and dinner menus incorporate big and bold flavors to challenge the palate.

An inspired destination, our downtown restaurant features a u-shaped bar, designed to anchor the large and stylish open space. A community kitchen can be seen through glass paneling and serves as a private dining room or intimate chef's table for special dinners. The vast, bright space features seating ideal for dining, working or meeting. The restaurant also includes thoughtful details from the tremendous Bauhaus-inspired custom light fixture, connecting the space overhead to table tops created in collaboration with a local Chicago skateboard deck designer.
