About the Chef Didier Petin

Chef Didier Pétin serves a one-of-a-kind menu, which seamlessly blends simplicity and sophistication. After over twenty years of experience in some of Paris' best-known restaurants, such as La Fontaine Gaillon and Le Doyen, he joined our team at the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center.

Chef Pétin is an enthusiastic traveler, which has allowed him to experience an eclectic array of international cuisines. In particular, his mastery of Caribbean and Asian dishes has given him the necessary knowledge to add an exotic touch to traditional French fare.
