Overseeing the entire culinary department atRenaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, Indian Wells, Executive Chef Eric Theiss manages more than 60 team members across the resort's six on-site restaurants including the new SPC - Sirocco Pizza Company. He remains true to the property's tradition of offering authentic and fresh flavors that are unexpectedly varied and intriguing.

A graduate of Johnson and Wales University in culinary arts, Theiss is a seasoned veteran with more than 20 years of experience. With extensive experience in designing unique and memorable gastronomic creations, Theiss ensures that culinary excellence is carried out in all outlets at Renaissance Indian Wells!
