Our culinary team utilizes the rich and flavorful produce, dairy and protein that's hand-raised and produced just miles from our San Antonio hotel restaurant. These delicious and nutritious local ingredients form the basis of our exceptional steaks, celebrated recipes and Sunday brunch buffet. Our staff has formed numerous relationships and exclusive partnerships with ranches and farmers across the Texas Hill Country and the State of Texas.

Windy Bar Ranch, Stonewall, Texas

The resort recognizes the high quality of the Windy Bar Ranch black angus beef, and features the ranch's special dry-aged beef at 18 Oaks Steakhouse. The resort's fine dining restaurant obtains much of its menu from this cattle ranch. The close proximity of the ranch to the resort allows guests to experience the freshest and best cuts of Texas beef.


Thunder Heart Bison, Texas Hill Country

Grass-fed bison contains one of the highest known concentrations of omega 3 fatty acids. High in selenium, beta carotene, taurine, and the all-important CO-Q 10. The grass and field harvesting are the foundations of the nutritional profile that make Thunder Heart unique. Bison from this ranch is used in dishes throughout the resort. The ranch also supplies guajillo jelly to the resort.


Texas Olive Ranch, Dallas, Texas

Texas Olive Ranch 100% Pure Texas Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pressed from arbequina variety olives. The Arbequina variety was developed in Spain and is especially suitable for growing in the sandy loam soil of the Middle Rio Grande Valley in Texas, where the climate is very similar to southern Spain. The resort's restaurants and kitchens use this top grade olive oil.


Mozzarella Company, Dallas, Texas

A consistent American Cheese Society Award Winner, this handmade, fresh mozzarella is a staple in many of the resort's dishes. The Mozzarella Company provides the resort with handmade mozzarella cheese that follows a centuries-old recipe.


Pure Luck Dairy, Dripping Springs, Texas

Pure Luck is a family farm and goat dairy made up of 100 Nubian and Alpine goats, raised on certified organic land on Barton Creek, in Dripping Springs, Texas. They specialize in handmade artisan goat cheese used throughout the restaurants and kitchens at the resort.


Veldhuizen Farm, Dublin, Texas

A small, family-run dairy and cheese maker, the Veldhuizen Farm supplies the resort with its unique Texas Gold Cheddar, a classic buttery cheddar, and Redneck Cheddar made with St. Arnold's dark beer.


Lucky Layla, Plano, Texas

This third generation dairy produces high quality milk and artisan dairy products from award-winning Guernsey and Jersey cows. The all-natural, premium milk and butter from Lucky Layla, is served throughout the resort.


CKC Farm, Blanco, Texas

Produced just up the road from the resort on a small family farm, this handmade, fresh goat cheese is used in the resort restaurants.


Psencik Peaches; Fredricksburg, Texas

Sweet and juicy, Texas Hill Country peaches are a summer tradition. This small family orchard provides the resort with these ripe, sweet beauties, only available during June, July and August.

Farm House Delivery C.S.A. - Texas Hill Country

A collection of small farms that are harvest and delivered weekly to 18 Oaks fruits, vegetables, and lettuce to ensure we have the best products available.


Good Flow Honey - Cedar Creek, Texas

Family run business that produces great wild flower honey from south Austin since 1975.


Kitchen Pride Mushrooms - Gonzales, Texas

Kitchen Pride Mushroom Farms is the only Texas based family-owned full-service mushroom supplier in the state since 1988.


Bella Verdi Farms - Dripping Springs, Texas

Bella Verdi (Italian words meaning "Beautiful Greens") was conceived in 2003 out of a desire to harness a passion for fine food and sustainable agricultural practices combined with a desire to support the Community. Dedicated to providing the finest quality product, producing high-quality herbs, lettuces and micro greens using sustainable agricultural practices.


Homestead Gritsmill - Waco, Texas

Local stoneground yellow grits since 2001. Use the single-step process of grinding with natural granite stones which preserves the nutritional value of the grain.


Beeman Ranch - Harwood, Texas

Raises High Quality Texas Wagyu Beef. The Red Akaushi Cattle are crossbred with Black Angus to make for a delicious and tender cut of beef.


Broken Arrow Ranch - Texas Hill Country

A collection of game lands throughout central and south Texas. Specializing in Venison, Antelope, and Wild Boar that are free range and truly wild since 1983.


Prasek's Hillje Smokehouse - El Campo, Texas

A family business for over 35 years with a verity of different types of sausage and smoked meats. Prasek's is featured throughout the resort and showcased at 18 Oaks Sunday Brunch.


Diamond H Ranch - Bandera, Texas

Coturnix Quail are raised on an all-natural diet and neither antibiotics nor growth hormones are used. Relatively, the quail are provided with 5 times the space compared to free range chickens.

Organic Garden

The freshest culinary ingredients are measured by the distance from farm to table. Our Sunday brunch buffet, steaks and creative Hill Country cuisine is among the highest quality in San Antonio. Sustainability is equally as important, and our hotel tends a 5,000-square-foot organic garden that's located outside the resort's unique Sunday House. A seasonal rotation of herbs and vegetables from the garden are used at 18 Oaks Steakhouse. The garden is kept completely organic with the use of natural pest control, such as praying mantises and ladybugs. In the immediate future, there are plans to expand the garden to include several varieties of bean and a greenhouse that will house micro-herbs and several types of lettuce throughout the fall and winter.

Private Party Facilities:

We offer two private dining rooms.

The Vintners room can accommodate up to a maximum 16 guests, and the Cherry Bark room can accommodate between 35 - 70 guests. Please email our restaurant for more information about booking an event in one of our private rooms.

Self-parking is complimentary. 18 Oaks is located at the Golf Clubhouse and is easily accessible through our separate parking lot.


From Downtown San Antonio:

  • Take 281 North to TPC Parkway
  • Turn right on TPC Parkway
  • Continue about 3 miles until you enter the neighborhood of Cibolo Canyons
  • Turn left into the resort
  • At the stop sign, continue straight
  • Make your first right into the clubhouse parking lot


From the Hill Country:

  • Take 281 South to TPC Parkway
  • Turn left on TPC Parkway
