Executive Chef Francisco Aguilar

Chef Francisco is uniquely qualified to lead the culinary operations at the Napa Valley Marriott. In his time at the hotel, he has designed and built the property's stunning organic gardens, served thousands of nutritious meals to the Oakland Raiders during their annual training camps and developed VINeleven Bar and Restaurant into one of Napa's favorite eateries. Chef's meticulous attention to detail with his food has earned the hotel the prestigious award of top hotel in the Marriott Hotels brand for quality of food in the banquet experience. "I work in paradise", says Chef on the opulent Napa Valley, "and it is my pleasure and honor to share with our guests daily produce from our Heirloom Gardens and the bounty of local farmers transformed into our seasonal menu."

Before joining the Napa Valley Marriott, Chef Francisco was Chef at the acclaimed Chardonnay Golf Club as well as other fine restaurants in the area.

When Francisco is not at the stoves in the kitchen, he enjoys anything with his wonderful family, designing, building, rooting for the San Francisco Giants, and making happiness a priority!
