At Wayside Social we place a heartfelt focus on using locally-produced and sustainable ingredients to create menus that are sure to please. Our livelihood has been defined by corporate travelers. When they speak, we listen. Thus, being creative and unique is our way of life, and with that our restaurant serves nothing short of dynamic plates, superior hand-crafted cocktails and an extremely unique place for travelers to sit back and enjoy the ride.

Executive Chef Frank Amore

Chef Frank started his culinary career at 15 in a small restaurant washing dishes, he went on to work at various restaurants in the Greater Toronto area. He acquired his professional training at George Brown Culinary school. Joining Marriott in 1998, he worked his way up the brigade and was a key member during the opening of the JW Steakhouse.

Born and raised in the Toronto area Chef Frank believes you never stop learning! His approach to cooking is fresh simple ingredients prepared properly.

In his current role at as Executive Chef Frank oversees culinary operations of Wayside Social, as well as banquet, catering and Fresh Bites.
