Steakhouse Restaurant sources the highest-quality beef from suppliers in Creekstone, in the United States. The meat is carefully measured and certified by the USDA for quality and consistency; Kansas Black Angus is the gold standard for USDA beef and is consistently delicious.

Our Steaks

Each steak is carefully hand-picked and cut in the restaurant before being seared exactly to your liking on our lava stone-fired grill. Our steakhouse offers:

Filet

Sliced from the ‘tenderloin,' a filet is the most succulent and tender cut available. With a buttery texture, subtle flavor and compact shape, the filet is a perfect cut for sauces and toppings.

Porterhouse

This highly prized ‘on the bone' cut offers the best of both worlds: a slice of buttery tenderloin on one side of the bone and a juicy, well-marbled top loin on the other.

Rib Eye

Rib Eye is a center-cut rib steak minus the bone. It's similar to the tenderloin but offers up a little more texture and a lot more steak flavor.

New York Strip

Cut from the tender short loin, a New York strip is less marbled than a rib eye, but with a thick band of fat around the edge for added flavor and juiciness.

Bone-In Prime Rib

This highly prized steak is flavorful, complex, well-marbled and served with the rib bone. Our restaurant cuts each bone-in prime rib to order and only has a limited number available each day, so don't miss out!

Private Dining

The Butcher's Room at Steakhouse Restaurant offers a unique private dining experience. Designed to emulate a butchery, it includes a wooden table with space for up to eight guests and is an impressive venue for business and social occasions.

Our chef will provide a creative tasting menu with sharing options, inspired by the very best market produce available that day.
