We will be delighted to provide you with special parking rates for your wedding or gala guests here in Boston. You may choose to host this charge or individual rates will apply.
A minimum $2,000, non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. At least half of the catering minimum is due six months prior to wedding or gala. Then, three months prior to the event, 75 percent of the catering minimum is due. The remaining balance is due three days prior to event.
The Catering Office must be notified of exact expected attendance no later than 12 p.m., 72 hours or three business days prior to your scheduled wedding, gala or intimate social event. If no guarantee is received at the appropriate time, the hotel will assume the number expected on the banquet event order to be correct, and charges will be made accordingly. Our Boston hotel will prepare three percent more than the given guarantee. Requested deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, a penalty fee may be applicable. Please refer to your Group Sales Agreement for cancellation policy.
