Preferred Wedding Vendors

In order to ensure only the very finest in service, we maintain a list of Long Beach area Preferred Vendors to assist in planning your wedding. From photographers and photo booths to flowers, bakeries, music, coordinators and officiants, we are happy to provide you with a list of vendors and lend our expertise in helping you choose all the right enhancements.

Catering Services

In working with our Catering Sales Manager, you will receive a personalized tour of our indoor and outdoor banquet facilities. Our manager will help in establishing the event, food and beverage minimum fees and work to customize a wedding package with menus that fit your specific needs and desires. We enjoy thinking outside of the box and are happy to create a specialty menu to fit any dietary restrictions or preferences.

Planning Services

Planning services will be provided by a Renaissance Event Manager who will:

  • Act as a consultant for all beverage selections.
  • Detail your banquet event order and wedding; outlining all of your event specifics and ensuring they are communicated flawlessly to the hotel operational team.
  • Create an estimate of charges outlining your financial commitments.
  • Monitor the status of the guest room reservation block, if applicable.
  • Personally oversee the details of the bride and groom's room reservations, if applicable.
  • Meet and greet the bride and groom.
  • Oversee the ceremony and reception room set‐up, food preparations and other hotel operations.
  • Ensure a seamless transition to the hotel's banquet manager/captain.
  • On the day of the event, our banquet manager/captain and banquet team will coordinate each detail that has been communicated through your Event Manager and review your banquet checks for accuracy prior to completion of the final bill.
