I've never done this before- where do I start?

Your venue is the beginning step to all the other wedding-day decisions.  It will help you determine the guest count, menu, date, and even décor style.  We can accommodate intimate ceremonies of twenty guests, to large celebrations for over a thousand.  We typically book receptions 8-18 months prior to the date.  Get it booked early so you can focus on the other fun details!

What makes a downtown hotel wedding special?

Downtown wedding venues give your guests a real feel of the city!  If you have family & guests coming from out of town, a downtown venue gives them a chance to explore throughout the whole weekend.  We offer discounted overnight accommodations to wedding guests & we can accommodate wedding events the whole weekend, from rehearsal dinner to farewell brunch.  If your group wants to visit nearby attractions, our complimentary shuttle can get them there!

What is included in my reception?

We provide extended event time, floor length linens, in-house catering, full bar service, on-site event manager & service staff, setup and teardown, china, flatware, glassware for all food and beverages, discounted overnight accommodations, and more are all included in our receptions.

What are my food options?

We know there is no event more personal than a wedding.  Our team will work with you to create a customized food and beverage package that fits your style, traditions, and budget.  We can provide hors d 'oeuvres, plated dinners, buffet dinners, or a simple dessert & coffee reception to accommodate your tastes.

What can be added on?

Reception enhancements could include a late-night snack, signature specialty cocktail, or personalized hors d'oeuvres.  Cocktail hour is a great way to include personal touches and the sky is the limit with what we can create together.  You'll want those unique aspects to make it YOUR wedding.

Do you recommend certain vendors?  Do I have to use someone on that list?

We have built fantastic reputations and relationships with vendors all over the city.  Many of them are on our preferred vendors list, however we can work with anyone you select (& most likely have in the past!)

What am I forgetting to ask?  What's one pro-tip?

Think of weddings you've been to.  What are the parts you remember most about them?  These are the same things your guests will remember from yours.  Most of the time that is the reception venue, the food, and the party.   Those should be the areas with the largest allocations of your budget. And those details create the perfect moments to become your perfect memories.
