Our easily accessible hotel, tucked away from busy Glenwood Avenue with rolling lawns and serene pathways, provides convenience to guests with not only a covered, private entry for event space, but also, complimentary parking and airport shuttle transportation. Ballrooms, function spaces, and outdoor grounds may be customized to accommodate almost any event.
The Glenwood Ballroom, with 10,000 sq. feet, can accomodate more than 500 guests and has a beautiful adjoining terrace across the hall, complete with a cozy fireplace and two firepits. The outdoor terrace is 3,500 sq. feet of additional event space.
At 6,148 square feet, our first-floor Crabtree Ballroom can accommodate up to 350 guests with a dance floor, and 450 without. The elegant room features modern chandeliers, recessed tray ceiling features, neutral walls, and intricate carpeting that can allow for any seating arrangements, lighting, and draping. The large adjoining foyer also offers a perfect pre-function space for guests.
Our pre-function area is designed with cocktail hours and wedding receptions in mind, offering a setting with plenty of natural light overlooking our outdoor terrace.
Located along a separate hallway across from the Crabtree Ballroom, the 1,100 square-foot Creedmoor Room offers a more intimate space for ceremonies and celebrations. It features neutral wallpaper and ceilings, modern chandeliers, and new carpeting. It can accommodate a maximum of 90 guests for a reception, or up to 100 guests for a ceremony.
The BRAISE Room is an ideal setting for smaller receptions, seating up to 50 for meals or 70 for cocktail receptions.
