Destination Dining King's Cross

Destination Dining

King's Cross has slowly established itself as a foodie hotspot. Restaurants and bars surround King's Cross and St. Pancras stations, with Coal Drops Yard home to new avant-garden concepts. Brunch, dinner and tapas, you'll find it all just a stones throw from the hotel.

Dive in to world-famous Indian street-food with Dishoom, with Barrafina bringing the taste of Spain to the area, with a delicious Catalan-influenced menu and bar seating where you can watch the chef's at work. Meals are best topped off with a drink at the canal-side bar, The Lighterman, featuring three floors and sweeping views across Regent's Canal and Granary Square.
Local Shopping Coal Drops Yard

Innovative Labels

Positioned by Granary Square and alongside Regent's Canal, Coal Drops Yard combines contemporary architecture with its now historic structure. Home to more than 50 shops, Coal Drops Yard is a diverse mix of established brands, independent stores and fashion designers, each playing their part in making Coal Drops Yard a unique space.
King's Cross Green Spaces

Green Spaces

Those inspired by the outdoors won't have to look far for the area's principal green space, Lewis Cubitt Square, a space that regularly plays host to markets, concerts and art installations. A short walk from the hotel and past Granary Square, you'll find yourself surrounded by trees and flora, a great space for a picnic and to relax.
A short stroll around Regent's Canal Towpath will lead you to the aptly names Gasholder Park, a little park with a big personality. The cozy, circular green space is surrounded by a towering cast iron frame that previously supported a gasholder, that once dominated the skyline at King's Cross.
