Legacy
Did you know the 26th U.S. President was inaugurated right here in Buffalo? In fact, the original Rough Rider was sworn into presidency on September 14, the same day we opened our doors (just a mere 117 years later). Whether you’re a local or staying at the hotel as a guest, we recommend checking out the TR Inaugural Historic Site directly across the street.
