Policies & Courtesies

• Guests must be 16 years or older to use the spa and fitness facilities.
• We recommend that you schedule services prior to arrival.
• A major credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
• Gift cards must be presented upon check-in at the spa.
• When scheduling services, please inform us if you prefer a therapist who is a man or a woman.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your spa services. Late arrivals will have the benefits of their entire scheduled time.
• Any cancellations without a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the total services, and a 25% charge for appointments rescheduled without a 24-hour notice.
• "No Show" appointments will be charged in full.
• For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all spa services and packages. Additional gratuities may be provided at your discretion.
• Gift cards are available for packages or dollar value.
• Please let us know if you may be pregnant, as some spa services are not available during your first trimester.
• For the comfort and privacy of all spa guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off when arriving at the spa.
