Our Spa is an adult enclave. We kindly ask that guests be at least 18 years of age to enjoy our services and facility.
The facility fee is waived for spa guests with the purchase of a 50-minute or longer service, excluding waxing and salon services. If a resort guest chooses to enjoy the spa amenities without an appointment, they will incur a $25 fee. If a local guest chooses to enjoy the spa amenities without an appointment, they will incur a $50 fee for all-day access, Monday through Thursday only.

A 20 percent service charge is applied to all spa services and café items, excluding fitness offerings. Package prices are inclusive of the service charge. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.
Spa facilities include men's and women's locker rooms, relaxation lounges, a steam room, sauna, whirlpool, fitness studio, movement exercise studio, outdoor heated pool and whirlpool.
Membership benefits include multiple discounts at the spa and resort, unlimited facility access and fitness classes, members-only events and much more.

As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments begin and end on time. Please arrive at the front desk at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time to relax and enjoy our amenities.
A visit to our Ponte Vedra Beach spa should be an experience. We encourage early arrival so you can truly enjoy all the spa has to offer. A late arrival will reduce your appointment time to avoid any inconvenience to the next guest. No adjustment will be made on price.
If you are using a gift card, please bring it with you. It is important that you present it when checking in at the spa front desk.
Our gift cards make the perfect year-round gift for any special occasion. Gift cards can be purchased at our front desk or over the phone at 1-904-674-4772. Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable.
Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our guests and service providers, please cancel or reschedule as needed.
If you make changes with less than 24-hour notice but reschedule for the same day, there will not be a cancellation charge. However, late cancellations and no shows will require a full charge to your room or credit card.
Please inform your service provider if you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, heart ailments or any condition that may be contraindicated for massage, skin care or heat therapies.
Please respect the tranquility of our spa by not bringing your cell phone. If you must bring your cell phone, please ensure that it is off during your time here. Cell phone use is not permitted in any of the indoor or outdoor areas of the spa.
We recommend clients who are in their first trimester not to schedule a massage or certain facials.
We offer a smoke-free environment indoors and out. In the interest of health and well-being, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking while in the spa or at our spa pool.
