Banquet Chef Santhosh Arangamparambil oversees a kitchen that can meet any wedding menu request, including authentic South Asian dishes using the hotel's own tandoor oven. A graduate of the Madras Culinary Institute in South India, Chef Santhosh uses the freshest ingredients, hand grinds his own spices and makes dishes from scratch, including Desi Ghee (clarified butter).
