Cypress Springs Water Park

An exclusive amenity for our Kissimmee, Florida, resort guests, Cypress Springs Water Park will thrill your whole family. It features a zero-entry swimming pool, multi-level tree house playground, racing slides, a drop slide and a FlowRider surfing experience. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied at all times by an adult.

As part of our enhanced Commitment to Clean program, we are implementing hundreds of enhanced cleaning protocols to take care of guests while you enjoy our resort's amenities, which include our all-ages water park and resort pool experience. In order to enable a more spacious & comfortable experience and proper social distancing for our guests, pool occupancy limits will be applied.

Big Cypress

Exciting experiences at Cypress Springs Water Park.

• Complete with a 35-foot free-fall, a plunge down the Florida Free Fall drop slide ends in a centrifugal force final splashdown.
• If competition gets your heart pounding, choose the Tampa or Miami slide on the Tamiami Twister for a winding and turning race to the deck.

FlowRider Surfing Experience - The Wake Zone

Treehouse Playground

Kids will absolutely flip over our multi-level treehouse playground. Slide down our four water slides, jump around in the geyser and ground spray area, get drenched by our 317-gallon tipping bucket and climb through three levels of water activities fun.

Water Slide Requirements:

• Florida Free Fall drop slide and Tamiami Twister racing slides have a height requirement of 48".
• The top-level Treehouse playground slides have a height requirement of 40".
• The lower-level Treehouse playground slides have a height requirement of 36".

South Beach Pool

During your Kissimmee, Florida, vacation escape to the tropics at our exclusive swimming pool. Lined with palms and capturing a sophisticated South Beach flair, the pool features a covered restaurant and bar.

Premium Pool Seating

Want to guarantee your spot at the pool now? We are pleased to offer premium pool-side seating or private cabanas for rental. Our private cabanas provide extra shade and space, comfortable lounge areas, refrigerators and more! Gone are the days of having to rush down to the pool early to hold your spot.

Cabana Special: Purchase a cabana on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and get a $100 resort credit to use toward food and beverage.
