Chef Joseph Sanchez Maldonado was born in Manhattan and raised in Puerto Rico. It was there that he began his culinary journey over 20 years ago. Joseph moved to Orlando four years ago and joined a strong hotel hospitality team where he created a following.
As a Sous Chef, he is known for creating a unique blend of South and North American flavors. In accordance with Marriott's sustainable future goals, Chef Maldonado appreciates strong flavors and fresh all-natural foods.
