How to Spa & FAQs



For your convenience a 20 percent service charge will be added at check-in and distributed to the appropriate staff. Additional gratuities are a matter of personal discretion.

Age Requirements 

The spa and gym are open to guests 18 years and older.


Please arrive at the Spa 45 minutes prior to your check-in time. A late arrival will determine the length of your treatment time. Your treatment will end as scheduled, so the next guest may begin on time.


Give yourself up to the experience. Don't feel obligated to make conversation with your therapist. Do communicate any discomfort, special needs or questions. In consideration of our spa guests, please refrain from the use of cell phones while enjoying the serenity of our day spa facility.


Please notify the Spa Concierge and your service provider of any physical Ailments, disabilities or injuries you may have. If at any time during your Services you experience discomfort, please alert your service provider immediately.

Spa Wardrobe

When you arrive at the Spa you'll be given a locker, slippers and a comfortable robe to wear between treatments. During your treatment, you will be draped to protect your privacy.


Purchase of a treatment includes use of the changing facilities, spa refreshments and fitness equipment.


A credit card will be required to guarantee services at the time of booking. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a cancellation charge for any scheduled services.
