Meeting rooms:
There are more than 30 screens distributed around the hotel which can be used to display information for the duration of your event or conference. There is also an impressive videowall at the main entrance of the hotel and several screens at the front desk to keep you informed of news happening within the hotel as well as the information about your meeting.
MSA connects meeting planners with hotel event staff on any web-enabled device for events at hotels globally. MSA functionality includes service requests for coffee refills, room temperature changes, or anything else a meeting planner might need. In late 2015, billing requests for invoice setup, daily/final bill delivery, and the ability to ask a billing question will be available. The app helps hotel event staff and meeting planners connect anywhere, anytime, on any device in 20 different languages.
This application allows all Marriott Bonvoy members to communicate with our Guest Services Department directly, from 24 hours prior to arrival until 24 hours after checkout. This service is offered from 7:00am to 11:00pm.

In our 13 year experience, the Príncipe Felipe Congress Center has held all kinds of events. Its excellent location, at only 10 minutes from the International Madrid-Barajas Airport and only 20 minutes away from Madrid, makes the Principe Felipe Congress Centre the ideal venue to organize events in Madrid.
